Refund policy

At Little Moments, every product is made especially for you — printed, cut, and crafted with your chosen photos. Since these are personalized and custom-made products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

✅ However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will happily replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Order Cancellation Policy

❌ Cancellations After Order Placement

We do not accept returns or cancellations once the order has been placed, as work begins immediately on your customized product.

⚠️ Cancellations Due to Customization Limitations

In cases where an order is cancelled because the requested customization is not technically or practically feasible, a cancellation fee will be deducted.

• A deduction of ₹30 or 5% of the order value (whichever is higher) will be applied.

• The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

RTO Charges

If an order is marked as RTO (Return to Origin) and comes back to us:

• Personalized products: No refund will be provided.
• Non-personalized products: We will refund the remaining amount after subtracting two way shipping charges, payment gateway fees, packaging/handling charges, and any damage costs once we receive the returned parcel.
